Who Can (and Who Should Not) Use 
The Enjoyable Diet™ Normal Eating System

Clients must be at least 18 years of age and in good health. Those who have clearance from their physician can safely use The Enjoyable Diet™ Normal Eating System for as long as necessary.

Those who should not use The Enjoyable Diet™ Normal Eating System include:

• Those who are diabetic
• Those with kidney disease or liver disease
• Those using certain medications such as anti-depressants, weight loss medications or diuretics
• Those who are anorexic or bulimic
• Those with any other medical or psychological condition that prohibits their use of this eating system
• Those who have had any type of weight loss surgery
• Pregnant or lactating women

By ordering The Enjoyable Diet™, I affirm acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

2. I understand that the coach is not qualified to assess or treat any mental or physical disease or injury. I shall not ask her nor rely on her for such treatment or advice.

3. I have had the opportunity to inquire about the nature of The Enjoyable Diet™, relative to my health status, and about aspects of The Enjoyable Diet™ with which I was not completely familiar. I shall advise the weight loss coach of any changes in my health status relative to this document.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older.

I affirm that I do not have any of the following diseases or medical conditions: diabetes; liver disease; kidney disease; anorexia; bulimia; any other psychological disorder or medical condition that would prohibit me from using The Enjoyable Diet™ (for example, weight loss surgery of any kind).

I affirm that I am not currently taking any medication(s), prescribed or not, that would prohibit me from using this weight control method; for example, antidepressants, diuretics or weight loss medication(s).

(Women only) I affirm that I am currently neither pregnant nor lactating. If I become pregnant while using The Enjoyable Diet™, I agree to discontinue dieting immediately, inform the weight loss coach and consult a licensed physician.

4. I, as material consideration and inducement for the weight loss coach's agreeing to develop The Enjoyable Diet™ for me, hereby release forever and discharge the coach, her employees and agents from all manner of actions, damages, costs and demands in law or in equity, which I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns now or hereafter have by reasoning of the coach's complying with my request for The Enjoyable Diet™.

5. I acknowledge that The Enjoyable Diet™ has been specifically designed for me and that, if I share with a third party any diet related information provided to me by the weight loss coach, I shall save the coach, her employees and agents from all manner of actions, damages, costs and demands in law or in equity which the third party or his/her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns now or hereafter have by reasoning of using weight control information provided to me by the coach.
