How to Order The Enjoyable Diet™

1. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Send any questions about The Enjoyable Diet™ here 

2. Copy the two-part Personal Profile ("b" section, below) and paste it to this e-mail. Please complete the whole profile.
 
Note that I coach only those who have already used The Normal
Eating System for 21 consecutive days, to stop gaining weight.
 
3. Order at least seven days before you want to start The Enjoyable Diet™. This will give me time to prepare your progress chart.
 
4. Follow the instructions in Part 2 of "About the Diet".
 
 
a) Cost of Weight Loss
 
The cost of The Enjoyable Diet™ is Canadian $495, no matter how much weight you want to lose.
  
 
b) Personal Profile (Two Parts)

Part One
 
Describe any signs of habituation you have experienced while you were using The NES, and tell me the days on which you first noticed them. The more signs you have noticed, the more I shall be assured that you are ready for weight loss.

1. How many calories/day do you usually eat? Write down every calorie you swallow for two consecutive days (no weddings, parties or other celebration days) and divide the total by 2. Do not guesstimate. (And "Between X and Y calories" is not helpful; I need one figure only.)

c) Regular Weigh-in Reports

Complete, accurate reports are essential for your safe, automatic, maintenance-free weight loss.
 
Report on your weekly weigh-in day, before 10 a.m. local time. Simply state your current weight and ask any questions you have about your progress. I'll reply that same day. Once you have passed the plateau, you won't need to report every week.
 
You may also send questions about your progress at any time. I'll reply as soon as possible.
